Two Nantucket bedrooms are available for rent by the night in a private home with no frills and no fuss. We’re conveniently located near the rotary at 175 Orange Street. The home sits across from the Creeks Preserve, just 1½ miles from downtown and the ferries. You can easily walk to the bus station, where complimentary shuttles will drop you within a block of the home. The property is on several bus routes that provide service to the airport, Sconset, Surfside, and Town. Within a 5–7 minute walk, you’ll find banks, the post office, a supermarket, and at least eight restaurants—including the favorite Nantucket bar, the Chicken Box.

Guests enjoy keyless entry into the first-floor foyer, where you’ll find beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a cooler available to borrow for your island adventures. The owner lives on the first floor with a separate private entrance. Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private, keyless entry for convenience and privacy.

• Rates are per night, double occupancy, and are subject to change.
• Another person or two can be accommodated, at an additional cost, subject to occupancy limits.
• Cash, checks, VISA, or Master Card are accepted.
• The full amount of the rental is due upon making the reservation.

Check In Time: 4:00 PM. Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM.
If you arrive early or wish to stay later on Nantucket, you can leave your luggage in the first-floor foyer. No pets, no smoking indoors

Making A Reservation
Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible. In order to enjoy all that Nantucket has to offer, we suggest you join us for at least three nights. Stays of shorter length will be accommodated when possible.

Canceling a Reservation
• A 14-day notice is required in the event of shortening or canceling a reservation in order for any amount to be refunded. If notice is less than 14 days, the deposit is refunded only upon resale of the entire reservation.
• A 10% service charge will be deducted from all cancelled reservations.
